Within Hong Kong, we offer 4 options for delivery.

  • SF Express "To-door" delivery,

  • SF Express Self-Pickup,

  • Pick up in our studio, or

  • Dedicated delivery (for over HKD$1,000 purchase)

 

Products will be shipped or ready for pick up in our studio within 1 to 3 working days unless they are pre-ordered or otherwise specified.

 

We would not charge you delivery charges or surcharges while they are applied by the courier. You may refer to the following for more details:

<=1kg $25; >1kg-1.5kg $31; >1.5kg-2kg $37; rate per sequent 0.5kg afterwards: +$6

RETURNS

Sorry that neither return and refund nor exchange would be granted in general, except faulty products, as each handcrafted product is unique.

 

We work hard to make sure your products arrive in perfect condition at all time. In the unlikely event of your products being found to be faulty during their shipment, please inspect your products immediately upon arrival. If your products have not arrived in a good condition, please feel free to contact us for help immediately.
